What is YLC?

Youth Leadership Conference is an inspiring and challenging week of bible teaching, that aims to equip leaders with skills to lead bible-based youth and university groups.

YLC is designed as a 3 year programme. As a first-time delegate, you will commence the programme in Strand One. Strand Two and Three are completed in the following years.

Strand One delegates write and present a Bible study from a New Testament passage. Strand Two delegates explore an Old Testament passage and God’s plans for creation as revealed in the whole Bible. Strand Three equips leaders with skills to investigate and construct bible studies on key themes in the Bible.
 Who is it for?
  • Anyone who wants to become better equipped for teaching the Bible to people (young or old)
  • New, or hopeful, leaders who are looking to be involved in ministry (particularly youth) and want ministry training
 What will I gain?
  • A better understanding of the Bible & training on how to teach it.
  • Training in practical ministry skills.

  • We aim to pass on the truth revealed to us in the Bible to raise up reliable men and women who will be able to teach and train others in the next generation
